OVERVIEW

Ballards Removals is the definition of a family-run organisation with a history spanning over 4 decades and having been passed down through the generations. 

 

Their on-hands approach towards getting their website up and running was key to transitioning such a large website – as they went through the process of moving to our support system and rebrand of their webpages. 

 

At the start of the Ballards project they had a few key goals in mind:

 

  1. To become the go-to removals agency for removals across Lincolnshire (with plans to spread this to the UK as their legacy continues to grow). 
  2. To provide an offer of a free pre-move survey designed to streamline the moving experience – it is well known that people who do this have more peace of mind when they’re relocating.

To help these goals become a reality, we completed the website build, complete with contact forms as and when appropriate and paired this with our tried and tested funnel system. 

 

To continue to grow awareness of their unique approach to the removals process, we also created a free guide download that would be given out for every person that clicked on a relevant Facebook ad. 

 

This funnel is key to lead generation – once people have submitted their details by downloading the free guide, they then have the opportunity to sign up for a Pre-Move Survey – this was a vital step towards drawing in more leads. 

 

After their website was launched, they received positive feedback on social media and even directly through email – showing that a website refresh focused on user experience really can draw in incredible results and attention organically.

CONCLUSION

Since the start of our working relationship with Ballards, the partnership has continued to grow from strength to strength, with the advancement of their marketing strategy and continuous improvements to their website build.

Future Plans

As Ballards’ legacy and position within the removals industry continue to grow, they have started to extend out, and now own Steeles (a project we’ve also worked on) and most recently Bespoke Moving – so there is always the possibility of further website redesigns and developments to unify the Ballards’ branding.
