How much is it?
Our standard plan is £95 per month, while the Unlimited service is £495 per month.
Pay annually and get a 20% discount (all prices are +VAT).
What's a small task?
Small tasks include any task that takes us less than 30 minutes to complete and typically covers things like adding a testimonials section, a product or a staff profile section to your website. These tasks do not cover advanced features such as a complete online shop or membership section.
Time allowance is averaged over 12 months, so if you don't always use your time, don't worry. We're here for you when you need us and we won't short-change you on time.
What's the minimum term?
You can cancel at any time with zero hassle (just log in to your account and cancel your subscription).
If in the first three months you decide this isn't the service for you, you're welcome to a full refund (any small tasks or graphic design work carried out will be deducted from the final bill at a rate of £30 per hour).
Are there graphic design tasks you don't cover?
Our graphics add-on for unlimited clients is designed to help you with your marketing. We do NOT cover the following in-depth areas of design:
Logo designs, Brand guidelines, Website builds, Complex graphics, Complex photo manipulations, Illustrations, Packaging design, Video and motion graphics, Large graphic design projects.
