Train4’s Employability Course has been structured to cover a wide range of both sector specific and more generalist work skills. Because the course includes this range of coverage, there are areas of overlap within the syllabus that could lead to learners having to repeat work or cover essentially the same work on more than one occasion (in order to provide evidence for one or another of the course specifications targeted by this course).

Consequently, and wherever possible and appropriate, Train4 has mapped the contents of all certification specifications to ensure that all work that is required to be undertaken is:

  • Only completed once
  • Set in sector specific context
